Chapter President and Mistress of Ceremonies Elizabeth Holman began the event by thanking those who helped with the process of providing the chapter with their new house from the planning stages to the final touches. This structure is university-owned, along with the other sorority houses on campus, and sleeps 32 members. It was decorated and furnished thanks to collaboration between Lambda Rho collegiate members, campus administration and advisers, along with AOII Interior Decorator Fran Ross Robertson.
