Leadership Academy 2022
Leadership Academy (LA) 2022 will continue to be a virtual experience in order to provide the opportunity for more collegiate officers and advisors to attend and receive vital training for their roles in the new collegiate officer structure. It will take place January 8-9, 2022.
LA 2022 Attendees
All 2021-2022 collegiate chapter Executive Teams (Chapter President, VP Operations, VP Programming & Enrichment, VP Membership Recruitment, VP Community Relations, VP Membership Experience, and VP Membership Integrity) and the Chapter Advisor and Membership Integrity Advisor should plan to be in attendance to participate in training while connecting with sisters from across North America. Virtual LA 2022 will take place Saturday and Sunday, January 8-9, 2022 and registration will open in November.
Registration
All CPs, VPs and Advisors should register for LA 2022 once their chapter elections have taken place. Once your role in Alphalink reflects your newly elected role, you will be able to access registration.
Swag Items
LA materials will be mailed in December in anticipation of mail delays and the holiday season. To ensure that you will be at the location your package is mailed, it is recommended that you provide the address where you will be during winter break.
Alternates
If the designated officer or advisor is unable to attend LA 2022, you are encouraged to send an alternate in your place. To select an alternate, please click the “Leadership Academy” tile located on your personal side of AlphaLink and select “Submit Alternate”. Once your Alternate has been submitted they will receive an email and have access to register from the Dashboard of the chapter side of Alphalink. It is recommended that alternates are selected from within your officer team (i.e. if the VP Programming & Enrichment cannot attend, the Director of Ritual Education attends in their place).
Transfers
Registration can be transferred from one attendee to another at no charge until December 17, 2021. Packages may be shipped to the initial registered attendee depending on the time of your transfer. To initiate a transfer of the registration, contact Assistant Director of Events Sarah Tuttle.
LA Scholarship Application
Leadership Academy is partially funded by the AOII Foundation. Scholarships to cover a portion of LA chapter registration fees are available thanks to the generosity of the AOII Foundation. Chapter Presidents are encouraged to fill out the scholarship application linked below on behalf of the chapter to apply for funding. Chapters receiving scholarships will have funds automatically applied to the chapter’s registration invoice. The scholarship application closes on November 21st. Apply for a scholarship.
