2019 International Convention Task Force Openings
During the 2019 International Convention, AOII Council approved three Resolutions that involve the creation of Task Forces. Each Task Force shall be comprised of specific individuals outlined within the Resolution. Any member within the groups identified below may apply to the Executive Board for consideration.
To apply, email the following information to XB@alphaomicronpi.org no later than August 1, 2019:
- Your full name
- The AOII leadership position you currently hold
- The specific Resolution/position for which you are applying
- A brief statement of qualification
Click on each Resolution name link to read the Resolution and the expectations outlined therein. The XB will select qualified candidates from among applicants by the deadlines stated within each Resolution.
Resolution #1 – Regarding the Executive Board Nomination and Election Process
Specific roles to be selected:
- The current or a previous Chair of the Nominating Trustees
- One Network Director
- One member of CIRC
- One staff member designated by the Executive Director
- One member of HRC
- One Executive Board member
- One Chapter Adviser
- One Alumnae Chapter President
- One Collegiate Chapter President
Resolution #2 – Regarding Alumnae Engagement
Specific roles to be selected:
- Two staff members as designated by the Executive Director
- Two Network Specialists – Alumnae
- Two Alumnae Chapter Presidents
- One alumna member with experience organizing sisterhood events outside of traditional alumnae chapter events
- Others as desired
Resolution #6 – Regarding Review of the Fraternity’s Processes for Suspension and Probation of Members
Specific roles to be selected:
- One Network Specialist – Finance
- Two Network Specialists – Leadership
- Two Collegiate Vice Presidents of Standards
- One Collegiate Vice President of Finance
- Two Collegiate Standards Advisers
- One Collegiate Financial Adviser
- One representative from the Executive Board
- One staff member designated by the Executive Director
