FAQs

Please read below for frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions, visit the Alpha Omicron Pi Travel booking site here or call phone number to speak with one of our designated trip managers.

Additional information about the trip, including passport requirements, transportation information, packing tips and the itinerary are available on the booking site.

Who can sign up?

Currently, trips are open only to alumnae members of Alpha Omicron Pi. So, grab your sister and reconnect on an adventure where you’ll make more lifelong memories.

Where can I find the itinerary and details?

Visit the tour website to find all of the trip details, cost, travel information and more!

Are payment plans available?

Yes! Plans as low as $99 a month are available, but options become limited the closer we get to the trip. Contact EF Go Ahead Tours for details.

How do I book my flight?

EF Go Ahead Tours provides an airfare package at the time of booking if you would like them to arrange your flights. You may also book your own flights, but you are responsible for any delays you may encounter—resulting in missed time on tour—as well as transportation to and from the airport. Visit the booking site for more information.

Can you help me find a roommate?

Yes! Those choosing double occupancy who do not identify a travel partner will be placed with another alumna. We will help you find someone who matches your travel style.

Will I need a passport?

Yes! See the FAQ on the booking site for more information. We recommend applying for/renewing your passport as soon as possible.

How much walking will there be?

  • You will walk for at least 2.5 hours daily across moderately uneven terrain, including paved roads and cobblestone streets, with some hills.
  • Travelers should be healthy enough to participate in all included walks without assistance. Adding optional excursions may increase the total amount of walking on your tour.
  • You should feel comfortable managing your own baggage at times, as well as getting in and out of trains.
  • Go Ahead Tours and the Tour Director who accompanies your group are unable to provide special, individual mobility assistance to travelers on tour. The responsibility of the Tour Director is to ensure the group as a whole enjoys a relaxing and informative journey, and they cannot be relied upon to provide ongoing, individualized assistance to any one traveler.
  • If you have any mobility concerns or physical restrictions, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 617-202-2420.
