Our Promise To You: A Virtual Member Experience
Continuing Our Commitment to a Sense of Belonging
Creating a strong Sense of Belonging through friendships and a genuine connection to the fraternity is a primary goal of AOII – we refer to this goal as one of our five ENDs. In the face of change and uncertainty, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Observing social distancing best practices doesn’t mean you have to feel alone. We hope the following Virtual Membership Experience offerings will enable you to enjoy that genuine connection and feel a Sense of Belonging to AOII.
“We were founded and constituted in a way so elastic that while holding fast to all essential traditions, we are adjustable to changes and modern needs…” – Stella George Stern Perry (1936)
Collegiate Virtual Member Experience
This was certainly not the semester that you had planned. It should have been filled with excitement and time spent with sisters. We are now engaging and connecting with one another in new and exciting ways in Alpha Omicron Pi. We invite you to participate in our virtual member experience as a reminder that you are never alone on this journey!
All Virtual Member Experience programs will be facilitated via the online platform Zoom. A “Join Here!” link will be available about an hour in advance of the session. Click on the “Join Here!” link to join at the time of the program. All programs will max out at 1,000 participants. If you can’t join during the scheduled time, check back to see a recording of the session a few days later!

Staying Connected as Alumnae Members
While our Virtual Membership Experience programs focus on our collegiate members, there are many ways for you to stay connected or reconnect as an alumna member.
Community and connection are a vital part of life, especially as we navigate these current challenges. Alpha Omicron Pi can be part of your community – whether it’s through relationships you’ve fostered since your collegiate years, friendships you’ve made as an alumna member or new connections you’re looking to grow now. We are stronger together.
AOII Night In
This is an opportunity for AOII alumnae members to celebrate and showcase our friendship and Sense of Beloning! We encourage you to gather a few of your closest AOIIs together on Zoom or FaceTime Party for an AOII Night In on Wednesday, April 29th and don’t forget to snap a photo and tag us using #AOIINightIn so we can all share in this day together!
Alumnae Chapter Zoom
If you are in need of a Zoom link to host your local Alumnae Chapter meeting or other alumnae chapter gathering, please contact Kayla Rezka, Assistant Director of Alumnae Engagement, to set this up.
