AOII Foundation Welcomes New Executive Director

The Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation is pleased to share Ashley Krieg Byrd has joined the AOII Foundation staff as Executive Director. Ashley is well acquainted with AOII, having served as the staff partner for Alpha Omicron Pi while employed at the Arthritis Foundation.

Ashley Krieg Byrd has 18 years of non-profit experience coupled with time spent in consumer marketing. She began her career at the American Cancer Society and has been responsible for volunteer recruitment, staff management and raising millions in revenue through events, leadership giving, and corporate partnerships.

Most recently, Ashley served as the Associate Executive Director of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Middle and East Tennessee Chapter managing $4 million in event revenue, a portfolio of leadership gifts, recruiting volunteers and staff. Ashley graduated from DePauw University where she was initiated into Delta Gamma Women’s Fraternity. Her passion is working with volunteers and coaching staff.
