Request An Ambassador Visit!
Ambassadors are international volunteers who travel to collegiate chapters and work with our members (and occasionally advisors) by putting together and presenting workshops in the areas of recruitment, Ritual, or chapter operations!
Travel costs are covered by the Fraternity, but we ask that the chapter takes care of a few meals while the Ambassador is visiting as well as overnight accommodations.
There are three visit types that can be requested:
- Training Ambassadors – this team works with Executive Teams (or advisors) to facilitate goal setting workshops, officer transition workshops, discuss chapter operations, leadership, AOII resources, etc. Previously, this team has mainly worked with advisors, but is now expanding to work more heavily with our ET officers! Below are the new offerings of our Training Ambassador workshops available to you to request today:
- Officer Onboarding Workshop
- Chapter Leadership Team Retreat
- ET/CCAB Retreat: Building Your Dream Team
- Goal Setting Workshop (Deep Dive into Inspire Goals and Utilizing Your Online Resources to Inspire Ambition)
- CCAB Connections: Sisterhood and Leadership on the Advisory Board
- Recruitment Ambassadors – this team works with the whole chapter and leads workshops on recruitment confidence, COB, membership selection, and more!
- Ritual Education Ambassadors – this team works with the whole chapter and leads workshops on Ritual mechanics, applying AOII Ritual to everyday life, and more!
